Mr. Anh Nguyen (CPA, MBA), Managing cum Tax Partner<\/h3>\n

Anh, founder of DCPA, has spent over 22 years performing audit and assurance services. He had worked for Ernst & Young Vietnam and Deloitte Vietnam, before founding DCPA.<\/p>\n

He was in charge of a diverse client portfolio relating to NGOs and ILOs, projects funded by World Bank (WB), Asia Development Bank (ADB), Swedish International Development Agency (SIDA), International Women\u2019s Development Agency (IWDA), Bread for the World, etc. He also served a wide range of multinationals such as Canon, Vietnam Float Glass, Sunway Ha Tay, Sunway Ocean, Diethelm Travel, and leading state-owned enterprises like Petro Vietnam and its major subsidiaries.<\/p>\n

Mr. Truong Tran (MBA), Partner – Business & Transaction Advisory<\/h3>\n

Truong has accumulated 15 years’ experience in corporate finance and business consulting, notably M&A advisory and market intelligence in Vietnam.<\/p>\n

Before joining DCPA in 2012, Truong worked as a Manager at Openasia Consulting, where he advised several European MNCs on market studies and market entry strategies including also partner identification and business matching. More previously, as an Investment Manager for Saigon Capital, Truong was responsible for sourcing and executing private equity investments with SMEs and working with global investors to update on the investments. Before that, he worked for M&A International Inc. and Grant Thornton (Vietnam) \u2013 among the world\u2019s leading accounting and consulting firms, where he built valuable experience in capital raising, business valuation, and particularly M&A international best practices.<\/p>\n

Truong holds an M.B.A in Finance from Brussels School of Economics and Management and a B.A. in International Business from Foreign Trade University (Vietnam). .<\/p>\n

Trang is highly experienced in designing internal control systems and working with IFRS.<\/p>

Trang is a member of ACCA (the UK Chartered Certified Accountant qualification), and holds a B.Sc in Accounting from Vietnam Trade Union University.<\/p>

Mai has spent nearly 10 years in audit including 6 years with AASC, a leading local audit firm in Vietnam. She has solid exposure to such sectors as trading, manufacturing, construction, telecommunication, hospitality and tourism, etc. and has worked with clients of various ownership types (state-owned, FDI, local private). Besides working as an auditor, Mai has also worked as a tax accountant, receivable accountant and bank accountant.<\/p>

Mai holds a Vietnamese CPA, and a B.Sc in Banking from the National Economics University, Hanoi.<\/p>

Thuan was a former auditor of AASC for over 6 years and has built strong audit expertise with different corporate segments in diverse business sectors. Plus, Thuan has built valuable experience in developing accounting and internal control systems for client corporations. She also worked as an internal control executive at Vietinbank Gold and Jewelry, a subsidiary of Vietinbank, a leading State-run commercial bank in Vietnam.<\/p>
